We just had our roof replaced by CCG Roofing, Stephen was in charge of the work and the process of replacing the roof. Great personality and person to work with, the roof looks great. They did a great job on our roof. Dale was an experienced pro and answered all of our questions. We did have one minor glitch in the roof, and they came out and repaired no questions asked. They also said they are available anytime we see anything else. Great customer service!

We contracted with CCG to replace our roof due to hail. I did my research prior, and found they had a great reputation with the BBB. I got several quotes, and I ended up going with CCG only because when they came out, they not only went up on our roof, they walked around with my husband and I, and were really able to dial in exactly what we wanted. Materials were delivered and there was great communication throughout. We even had a bit of an issue where we had to juggle funds, and they really, really worked with us on that. At the end, as a sort of Christmas gift, they even take off a good chunk of money at the end. Dale and Phil spent a ton of their time investigating, diagnosing and trying to recreate my roofing/siding leak issue. They provided multiple repair options with fair estimates and walked me through their thinking in detail, even recommending the less expensive option. It took a tiny bit to get the repair scheduled, but they were thorough and incredibly transparent throughout the process. Stephen is a terrific manager of the process and he and his crew are very knowledgeable - completely answering every question we had. They were all considerate of our garden and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Since we have small children and pets I appreciated that no nails were left behind. I am really happy with the repair that CCG performed on my roof. Dale was pleasant and professional, worked quickly and showed me before and after pictures of the repair. A tree had damaged a small area in the front and he was able to match the shingles so that it blends seemlessly. Spending money on repairs is never fun, but the price was fair and I feel confident about the quality of work delivered.

We had some dripping we could hear in our wall, but we weren't sure what exactly was happening. I called CCG and another company to see what was going on and to get an estimate on the fix. The other company recommended a whole new roof to fix the issue but CCG found the actual problem: a pipe in our roof had some damaged flashing and the seal had broken, causing water to drip down. The fix was incredibly quick (next day!) and before any more snow/rain came! They were quick, professional, and very responsive. We will use them again!

Great company, they did 2 roofs for my friend and I. We did have some clean up issue with my friend's house but the foreman came back right away to take care of it. The work on my house was uneventful and completed in one day; and Thomas even came by to make sure the crew cleaned and he picked up whatever was left. Amazing and easy to work with from start to finish, highly recommended!

My project was small- I just needed a single long piece of siding fixed. Justin was incredibly responsive and kind though as if I had a larger project, and the tech who came to fix my siding was nice and efficient and on time. When I inevitably need a much larger project done in the future, I will definitely be hiring CCG again!
